Do you have trouble sleeping?

How can teenagers can stay up all night (It’s my case, too).Teachers have been wondering why their students are falling asleep in class since unmemorable times.  In fact, researchers have come up with an explanation. The sleep patterns of teenagers are different from those of adults or young children, and I completely agree with them. (Well, honestly, it’s my case).

I’ve heard that scientist have found that the teenager’s bodies are extremely different. Making a comparison with adults, teenagers’ organism makes them to fall asleep and wake up later. (That’s the only one reason why my parents don’t understand my schedule). This change in rhythm seems to be due to the fact that the brain produced a substance that makes you sleep later at night for teens.

The change in a teenager’s body rhythm is difficult because it coincides with the period of the day when a teenager is very busy with his or her activities, like school. (Today I got up late, and so I came late to school)

Here are some ways that can help you, teenager, to sleep better:

Go to bed at a regular time! Don’t keep until late watching “Dora the explorer”, exercise regularly, you can do your house’s chores (Actually, I don’t do it), and create a good sleeping environment: turn off the lights, turn off the TV, turn off the computer, turn off your alarm clock,(okay, don’t do it with your alarm clock) . You’ll feel better whenever you follow those suggestions.
